A credible, well respected and dignitary and business professional with 15 years of remarkable success in RMG sector & construction business and leading the Elegant Group from the front line since 2007 in Bangladesh. Tanveer Ahmed’s extensive international career expanding globally for last two decades includes major mega real estate projects in Dubai, Thailand and Indonesia. Over 25 years developing business strategy, building cross functional teams and driving profitable growth in Asia, North America and Europe. He is widely recognized and highly acclaimed across the RMG sector for his remarkable success in this field. He has been declared as Commercially Important Person (CIP) for his success in RMG export. Currently he has engaged himself in diversifying the business-like establishment of sweater, outwear and textile factories.
He has been contributing in financial sector also. He is Sponsor Director of Meghna Bank and currently serving as Vice Chairman of the Bank. He had opportunity to grow him up, be educated and start business in Indonesia while his father Mr. Monzur Morshed had been working as Ambassador there. Upon completion his BBA and having a sound footing in business in Indonesia, he moved to Bangladesh in 2007 and established Elegant Group where he has been serving as Managing Director for more than one decade. Now Elegant is brand worldwide of whom Mr. Tanveer Ahmed is the visionary leader in Bangladesh.
As Consul General of St. Kitts/Nevis, Tanveer Ahmed will be able to represent and promote this great country to world stage.
