Meghna Bank PLC. signed agreement with CloudWell Digital Services Limited. Under the agreement, CloudWell will work as partner distributor of MeghnaPay-Mobile Financial Services of Meghna Bank. In addition, MeghnaPay will offer mobile recharge, utility bill payment, ticketing and other digital bill payment services through PayWell system.
Mr. A Z M Fouz Ullah Chowdhury, Head of Digital Financial Services Division of Meghna Bank PLC. and Mr. Mohammad Kudratullah, Chief Operating Officer of CloudWell Digital Services Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. Mr. Md. Nazmul Ahsan-Head of Digital Solutions & lnnovation, Mr. Shampad Saha- Senior Principal Officer from Meghna Bank PLC. and Mr. Tokee Mesbah Uddin– Lead of New Business & Partnership, Mr. Sayed Taslim Mahmood Ullash – Head of Enterprise Sales & Partnership from CloudWell Digital Services Limited including other high officials of both the organizations were also present in the ceremony.
